How To Donate Products

Making a donation of medical products to MAP International is easy. If you work for a manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or dental supplies, we would like to talk to you about partnering with MAP International to provide healthcare supplies and medicines to hospitals, clinics and short-term medical missions in poor communities around the world. In general, donations in the following categories represent the priority focus for MAP International:

• pharmaceuticals
• over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
• medical and hospital supplies
• basic hygiene products
• healthcare-related items
• nutritional supplements
• medical texts and journals

All product offers will receive careful review prior to acceptance.

In general, the following product/industry areas are not generally accepted:

• complex medical equipment
• liquid anti-diarrheal
• baby formulas

Be prepared to provide the following information:

• Company address
• Key Contact Names
• NDC/Product number
• Item Description
• Lot number (if available)
• Product Strength
• Expiration dates (if any)
• Size of Packaging

As a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation, MAP International will provide you with the necessary documents to substantiate your federal tax deduction in accordance with IRS regulations.
