MEDICAL SUPPLY PROGRAM
(INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RESOURCES)
MAP procures and distributes both donated and purchased medicines and medical supplies to hundreds of mission hospitals, clinics and agencies throughout the world.
The majority of the high-quality and FDA-regulated medicines are donated to MAP from leading U.S. healthcare companies and are processed in a modern 45,000 square foot secured and climate-controlled distribution complex.
Cash donations from individuals, churches, foundations and partner agencies cover a portion of the costs associated with processing and shipping supplies to remote areas. Although there is no direct charge for the medicines or supplies, a service fee is assessed to cover the remaining expense of processing and handling the materials. Gifts from individuals to defray handling costs are deductible as a charitable contribution. In most cases, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
