Request An Every Heartbeat Matters Patient Care Package For Your COVID-19 Patients
Every Heartbeat Matters (EHM) patient care packages promote patient recovery. During this unprecedented time, Edwards Lifesciences Foundation is responding to urgent needs in the United States by providing these packages to hospitals and clinics to support recovery for COVID-19 positive patients.
Complete with essential items such as a disposable spirometer and supportive heart pillow, EHM patient care packages may only be ordered in increments of nine. Teams may order up to 99 EHM patient care packages per hospital or clinic. A physician's signature is not required to receive or transport an EHM patient care package.
All orders will be shipped to US addresses only. Please note that due to licensing restrictions we are unable to ship to the following states: Arizona, Washington DC, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island or Washington.
