MAP International is entrusted with millions of dollars of life-saving medicines and medical supplies each year from the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. To ensure that the value of these critical supplies is maximized, MAP International screens its selected partners.
MAP International works with experienced non-profits and medical teams who can demonstrate in-country experience and expertise.
MAP's ideal partners are those charitable organizations whose corporate or organizational reputations have been established through memberships in international relief and development associations, financial accreditation bodies, regulatory agencies or other publicly recognized associations.
MAP International will determine initial eligibility based on completed eligibility forms. Continued eligibility will be dependent upon the quality of information provided about how MAP’s medicines and medical supplies made a difference for the communities served. Continued eligibility will also be reviewed against adherence to published standards and guidelines.
Medicines and supplies are donated by leading global pharmaceutical health product manufacturers. All products are first quality and contain no expired medicines. Occasionally, MAP purchases core medicines that are not available from our donated inventory.
MAP International offers its Medical Missions Pack for all qualified medical mission teams. MAP requests that its short term medical mission partners offer a $400 tax deductible donation for each Medical Missions Pack Essential+. A minimum $100 tax-deductible donation is requested for the Custom Order option, although the actual amount is determined by the quantities of products chosen. You may also order Medical Missions Packs and make your donation online if you have previously ordered medical supplies from MAP by clicking here.
Donations assist MAP with the costs of procuring high quality medicines, maintaining its computerized inventory system, highly trained staff, extensive storage space, distribution tracking system, processing, packing, and shipping.
Prepayment of the tax deductible donations should accompany your request and may be made by check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
