Frequently Asked Questions

MAP has a Christian culture. What does that actually look like in the workplace?

At MAP, we are a uniquely and distinctly Christian organization, and we strive to uphold our Christian faith in the workplace. We hold firm to Biblical values and integrate our Christian values into our daily work practices. Examples of this include weekly staff devotions, times of praise and worship during monthly meetings, and our annual Day of Prayer that kicks off our fiscal year. We are not an evangelical organization, nor are we directly affiliated with any one denomination or church.

MAP International is Christian non-profit providing medicine and health supplies to those in need around the world so they might experience life to the fullest. Our mission is guided by the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:36: “I was sick and you cared for me.” MAP serves all people regardless of religion, gender, race, nationality or ethnic background.

What our team is saying

MAP means everything to me! It pushes me in my daily walk with the Lord as well as in my professional way of thinking. It allows me to be creative and think outside the box. It encompasses everything that we as humans ought to strive for, which is making the world a better place.

The people at MAP are what I love. The kindness, patience, and helpfulness I experience here makes me love MAP more.

MAP gives me the chance to help people around the world who don’t have access to the blessings that we enjoy.

I chose MAP because it is a place where you get to help others who are in need. It is a place of growth, not just in your own work, but in collaboration with others for the greater good of other people.

The leaders at MAP truly care about their employees’ welfare.

In times of disaster, I am able to help, not just financially, but by actually being directly involved in helping people.
