At MAP International, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, no matter where they live. That’s why we’re committed to providing life-changing patient treatments to people in need around the world.

Our efforts have enabled us to provide critical medicines and health supplies to millions of people in 86 countries around the world. We’re also pleased to report that we increased our medicine delivery by $119 million from the previous year, totaling $745,372,921. Additionally, we provided $37,549,164 in disaster relief – a $24 million increase from 2021. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to provide essential medicines and health supplies to those in need so they can live life to the fullest.

In the fiscal year 2022 alone, we delivered over 16 million prenatal vitamins to 49 countries to support maternal and fetal health. We also provided over 119,000 oral rehydration salts, totaling nearly 3 million sachets, to 45 countries to help prevent dehydration. Additionally, we administered over 1.8 million deworming medications to patients in 15 countries and provided over 800,000 antibiotics to individuals in 57 countries. Through our Bringing Children Health (BCH) Program, we were able to reach over 324,000 children – an increase of over 243,000 from the previous year. By targeting our efforts where they’re needed most, we can make a real impact and improve the health and wellbeing of children around the world.

MAP International’s Custom Pack allows you to choose the right medicine and supplies for your particular mission trip. You may select from an inventory of the most frequently-used medicine and health supplies in communities served by medical mission teams. Rx products are only available to be ordered by a licensed medical professional.

To apply for a MAP Custom Pack, please complete steps 1, 2, & 3 below.

Steps to Ordering a MAP Custom Pack

1. Fill out and submit the MAP Eligibility Form.

The MAP eligibility form is a required document used to verify that your medical mission trip qualifies for receiving MAP product. This form includes questions about yourself, your organization, and your planned medical mission trip.

2. Fill out and submit the MAP Practitioner’s Agreement.
This step is only required if you plan to order Rx products.

The MAP Practitioner’s Agreement is a required document used to verify that you are qualified to order and receive Rx product.

Practitioner’s agreement must be signed by a licensed Physician or a Nurse Practitioner.

If you practice medicine outside of the United States, MAP will require additional documents to evaluate your medical credentials.

3. Fill out and submit an order for a Custom Pack.

Once your Eligibility Form and Practitioner’s Agreement has been completed, please fill out and submit your order for an Custom pack. To complete the custom inventory shipping information form and inventory selection, you must download or print this form. Then you can send back by scanning or emailing to orders@map.org.

4. Wait for your Eligibility Form, Practitioner’s Agreement and Custom Pack order to be reviewed.

Once the MAP Medical Missions Team has received ALL THREE required documents – Eligibility Form, Practitioner’s Agreement and your Custom Pack order, your order will be reviewed for approval.

5. Once your application has been reviewed for approval, you will be contacted with the next steps.

The MAP Medical Missions team will contact you with any questions about your application. Once approved, they will share with you the next steps in processing your order.
