Chris Palombo serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of MAP International, bringing decades of leadership in healthcare access, nonprofit innovation, and mission-driven service. With a career dedicated to expanding access to care for underserved populations, he leads MAP’s global efforts to deliver life-changing medicines and health supplies while strengthening healthcare systems through strategic partnerships and innovation.

Chris began his professional journey as a missionary and minister before transitioning into healthcare leadership. Throughout his career, he has focused on building scalable organizations and collaborative networks that improve health outcomes, reduce barriers to care, and expand access to essential medicines for vulnerable communities around the world.

Prior to joining MAP International, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of Dispensary of Hope, a national charitable medication distributor providing pharmaceuticals to uninsured patients across the United States. Under his leadership, the organization experienced significant growth, expanding partnerships with health systems, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to dramatically increase access to lifesaving medications.

A recognized leader in charitable healthcare distribution, Chris has helped launch and grow several influential organizations and associations, including the Upper Peninsula Health Access Coalition, Communities Joined in Action, the MedSurplus Alliance, and Charity Pharmacies of America. He is a U.S. Presidential Leadership Scholar and holds a Master of Healthcare Management from Lindenwood University and a Master of Arts from Wheaton College.

Chris views leading MAP International as both a privilege and a calling. His leadership is driven by a vision of bringing organizations, industries, and communities together to improve global health through collaboration, innovation, and compassionate service. He believes lasting change is achieved through trusted relationships and shared purpose, working alongside MAP’s staff, donors, corporate partners, ministry collaborators, and healthcare organizations to expand access to lifesaving care worldwide.

Under Chris’s leadership, MAP International continues to build on its decades-long legacy in global health logistics and humanitarian response, strengthening strategic partnerships and increasing access to critical health resources for millions of people each year. For Chris, trust, integrity, and honoring others are the foundation for inspiring collaboration, mobilizing generosity, and ultimately saving lives.

Jodi Allison joined MAP International, a Georgia-based nonprofit that provides life-changing medicine and health supplies to people in need, 27 years ago. Throughout her tenure, she has served in five roles within the Corporate Relations division, bringing decades of experience and deep institutional knowledge to the organization.

Today, Jodi serves as MAP’s Chief Partnership & Innovation Officer, leading efforts to advance the organization’s mission of delivering essential medicine and health supplies to the world’s most vulnerable communities. She oversees the Partnership & Innovation team, guiding the acquisition of donated medicine, health supplies, and financial contributions while leading strategic planning and annual operational priorities.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Jodi drives MAP’s innovation strategy, identifying new opportunities to strengthen and expand the organization’s global impact. She studied at Georgia Tech and Middle Tennessee State University, earning a degree in International Affairs with minors in Public Relations and History.

When she’s not helping expand access to lifesaving healthcare around the world, Jodi enjoys spending time on the beach near her home in Tampa, Florida, with her two college-aged sons.

Blake Silverstrom joined MAP International in June 2024 as Chief Development and Marketing Officer and serves on the organization’s Senior Leadership Team. He leads MAP’s global fundraising, marketing, and strategic engagement efforts, helping expand the organization’s reach and deepen its impact as it delivers hope and health to people in need around the world.

Before joining MAP, Blake built a successful career in corporate finance and marketing in California before transitioning to full-time nonprofit leadership in 2003. Over the past two decades, he has held executive leadership roles with mission-driven organizations, leading initiatives that have strengthened philanthropy, expanded organizational capacity, and increased global impact.

Blake also spent several years serving the Bible translation movement, where he helped lead efforts to expand access to digital Scripture in hundreds of languages worldwide. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about connecting people, resources, and innovative strategies to accelerate mission and create lasting change.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has completed postgraduate studies in gerontology and theological studies. Blake is also a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel, bringing both strategic leadership and a deep sense of purpose to advancing MAP’s mission of providing life-changing medicine, health supplies, and medical devices to people in need.

Justin Ward serves as Chief Operations & Information Officer at MAP International, where he leads the organization’s operations and technology functions in support of its mission to deliver life-changing medicine, health supplies, and medical devices to people in need around the world.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning operations, technology, data, and healthcare distribution, Justin brings a proven track record of driving innovation and organizational transformation. Before joining MAP, he spent nearly nine years with Dispensary of Hope, an Ascension organization, where he most recently served as Chief Information & Operations Officer. During his tenure, he rebuilt the IT organization from the ground up, achieved DSCSA compliance at a fraction of the typical industry cost, and led the organization to dual accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the MedSurplus Alliance.

At MAP, Justin is spearheading a comprehensive technology modernization initiative, transforming the organization’s cloud infrastructure, data systems, and operational capabilities to increase efficiency, strengthen global partnerships, and expand MAP’s ability to reach more people with the care they need.

Justin holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.

Timmy Boatwright serves as Vice President of Operations at MAP International, bringing more than 35 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, freight, order fulfillment, and third-party logistics. For more than three decades, he has dedicated his career to delivering lifesaving medicines and medical supplies to communities in more than 100 countries through humanitarian aid and disaster response.

After serving for several years as Senior Director of Operations, Timmy was promoted to Vice President in 2018. Throughout his tenure, he has led critical operational functions across MAP’s global distribution center in Brunswick, Georgia, including distribution operations, inventory management, purchasing, disaster response logistics, the Domestic Medicines Program, partnership support, and supply chain operations.

Today, Timmy oversees the integrity and compliance of MAP’s global supply chain, ensuring the organization’s 80,000-square-foot distribution center meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes working closely with agencies such as the DEA, the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy, and U.S. Customs while managing operations within a Foreign Trade Zone. He has also supported key initiatives with USAID, including PEPFAR, Ocean Freight Reimbursement, and Emerging Pandemic Threats programs.

Driven by a passion for serving others, Timmy finds purpose in helping ensure lifesaving medicine reaches those who need it most. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. His wife, Lisa, has also dedicated more than three decades to MAP International and currently serves as Senior Financial Analyst.

Lindsey has served at MAP International since 2018, where she leads the organization’s Human Resources and Community Engagement functions. She is passionate about building people-centered systems that strengthen MAP’s culture, advance its mission, and invest in the growth and success of its employees.

Her career in talent acquisition and human resources began in 2007 with an Express Employment Professionals franchise in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she built a strong foundation in recruitment, client relations, and workforce development.

In 2013, Lindsey relocated with her family to St. Simons Island, Georgia, to join Sea Island Acquisition as Talent Acquisition Manager for the company’s five-star resort. There, she developed international recruitment channels, improved hiring processes, and launched the organization’s first interview-to-hire job fair. She later expanded her human resources expertise at Gulfstream Aerospace, serving as an HR Generalist with responsibilities spanning recruitment, employee relations, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

These experiences led her to MAP International, where she initially joined as Human Resources Director. Today, as a member of the executive leadership team, Lindsey provides strategic leadership for the organization’s people initiatives while overseeing day-to-day HR operations and community engagement efforts — work she considers a privilege in support of MAP’s mission.

A native of Alabama and the daughter of a United Methodist pastor, Lindsey grew up moving frequently, an experience that fostered her ability to build meaningful relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. A dedicated musician throughout her youth, she played piano, flute, and piccolo, performing nationally with youth symphony groups through college.

Lindsey graduated as valedictorian of her high school and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College. She and her husband, Drew, live in St. Simons Island, Georgia, with their twin sons, Liam and Graham. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys running, traveling with her family, and introducing her boys to the outdoors.
