ChildFund, a child-development agency, and MAP International, Medicine for All People, have joined forces on an impactful initiative in Sierra Leone.

Chris Palombo, a Presidential Leadership Scholar (PLS Class of 2018), recently took the reins as President and CEO of MAP International, a global health nonprofit organization based in Brunswick, Georgia.

MAP International, a Brunswick-based global health organization, has responded to several major humanitarian crises this year, both internationally and domestically. Brunswick, GA, June 24, 2024 – This year, MAP International, a Brunswick-based global health nonprofit organization, is celebrating 70 years of impact.

MAP International donated 20 pallets of oral electrolyte solution that was flown to Haiti last week aboard U.S. military aircraft. The shipment was a collaborative effort between MAP International, Lift NonProfit Logistics, and the US Department of Defense Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program to deliver this critical rehydration product to support the work of one of MAP’s long-time partners, Hope for Haiti.
